Product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and other information are provided to help customers make purchasing decisions. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, printing processes, materials, manufacturing processes and the handmade or customized nature of certain products.
2. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order through the Website, you are making a request to purchase the selected product or service.
An order may be accepted, rejected or cancelled by Snapico where reasonably necessary, including because of:

Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Snapico is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate information, incorrect files or instructions supplied by the customer.
4. Customer-Submitted Content
By submitting photographs, artwork, text, logos, designs or other materials for an order, you represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions and authority to use and reproduce such content.
You agree not to submit material that:
- Infringes another person’s intellectual-property rights
- Violates applicable law
- Contains unlawful or prohibited content
- Is submitted without the necessary authorization
You grant Snapico the limited permission necessary to reproduce, edit, print, frame, process and otherwise use the submitted material solely for fulfilling your order and providing the requested service.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change.
The applicable price for an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.

Snapico does not generally receive or store complete payment-card information processed directly by such third-party payment providers.

Where a product arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, the customer should contact Snapico within the applicable period specified in our return/refund policy and provide appropriate supporting information, such as photographs or an unboxing video where requested.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its contents, including:

- Logos
- Product descriptions
- Photographs
- Graphics

- Original artwork
- Layouts
- Software and other materials
are owned by or licensed to Snapico and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any mandatory jurisdiction available to a consumer, disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over District- Sonitpur, Assam.
Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory statutory right to approach a competent consumer authority or forum available under applicable law.
